Research
Sustainable development is based on good research. As a pre-requisite for any successful project design, we start by conducting a quantitative and qualitative research based on sound knowledge of opportunities and challenges, in addition to conducting an assessment of socio-economic sector status and defining success roadmap for sustainable growth.
Design
Projects Development requires the availability of funds that often local communities and stakeholders cannot provide by themselves instead they have to seek proper funding from external organizations such as donors.
However, the process is not simple and requires knowledge, expertise and experience. With over 10 years of successful project development, we provide local communities, NGO’s, entrepreneurs and public sector institutions with appropriate funding opportunities from donors and partners such as EU, USAID, MEPI, UNDP, GAME, IOL, CDLL, UNESCO and the government.
